RESERVE WITH CONFIDENCE

At Luxury Watches Wimbledon, we operate a reservation-based purchasing process to ensure a secure and transparent transaction for both parties.

To reserve a watch, a reservation deposit is required. Upon receipt of your reservation request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm availability and guide you through the next stages of the purchase process.

As part of our anti-fraud, anti-money laundering and compliance procedures, we may require proof of identity and proof of address before a transaction can proceed. Once all required checks have been completed and approved, we will issue a final invoice and provide payment instructions via Stripe or bank transfer (BACS).

Following receipt of cleared funds, your watch will be carefully packaged and dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY INFORMATION

Our watches are advertised across multiple sales channels and marketplaces. Whilst every effort is made to maintain accurate stock levels, all reservations are subject to availability and prior sale.

In the unlikely event that a watch becomes unavailable after a reservation request has been submitted, any reservation deposit paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Alternatively, where possible and with your agreement, we may be able to source a comparable watch of the same or similar reference and specification.

RESERVATION PROCESS

1. Submit your reservation deposit.
2. Our team will contact you to confirm availability.
3. Complete any required identity and address verification checks.
4. Receive your final invoice and payment instructions.
5. Complete payment via Stripe or bank transfer.
6. Your watch is prepared, quality checked and dispatched via insured delivery.

TERMS OF RESERVATION

By placing a reservation deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A reservation deposit secures your interest in the watch but does not constitute a completed purchase.
• All reservations are subject to availability, verification checks and acceptance by Luxury Watches Wimbledon.
• Luxury Watches Wimbledon reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of address and any other documentation reasonably required to satisfy legal, regulatory or fraud prevention obligations.
• A contract for the sale of goods is formed only once availability has been confirmed, all required checks have been completed, full payment has been received and the order has been formally accepted by Luxury Watches Wimbledon.
• Luxury Watches Wimbledon reserves the right to decline any transaction where required verification cannot be obtained or where legal or regulatory obligations cannot be satisfied.
• Where a transaction cannot proceed due to stock availability or a decision by Luxury Watches Wimbledon not to proceed, any reservation deposit paid will be refunded in full.
